Separate What You Control from What You Face
SWOT organizes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for your product or a competitor. Strengths and weaknesses describe internal capabilities; opportunities and threats describe external conditions.
Start with a specific goal and audience. “Fast setup” may be a strength for a small team but less important to an enterprise needing complex controls. Support each entry with evidence rather than a list of flattering adjectives.
