Interviews only become useful after synthesis. PMs need to turn messy notes into patterns the team can act on.

Good synthesis separates what users said from what the PM infers it might mean.

Prioritize Insights by Strength and Relevance
Not every insight deserves the same attention. Stronger signals usually involve:

<li>visible workarounds</li>
<li>high-friction workflows</li>
<li>clear business relevance</li>
</ul>
That helps PMs avoid chasing the loudest anecdote.
