Common adjacent roles include Product Owner, Product Analyst, Technical PM, Product Marketing Manager (PMM), and Product Operations (Ops). The connecting lines represent collaboration, rather than a reporting structure.

In a smaller company, one person may cover several responsibilities. A larger organization may have dedicated specialists. For an onboarding release, that could mean combining backlog clarity, behavior analysis, technical constraints, launch communication, and a reliable way of collecting feedback.
